Problem with the search result

we have a problem with the search

we have a intranet with a document library wich is in a windows 2003 server each document is in a folder and they are in some path ej. c:\document\human-resources\jur001\jur001.pdf
                                   c:\document\human-resources\jur002\jur002.pdf etc......


the name of the file is inside the document but the search engine doesn't show/find  the name of the file in the result page.

Ej. file name = jur001.pdf  and insde the document have : document name jur001 procedimiento para compra de equipo de computo etc....
when the user wants to search,  they put in search dialog box  jur001  but the search doesn't return the link to the document and the user can't find the file but the result page have others results ( jur002 ) that point to this document .

Ej. the file jur002.pdf have inside jur002 procedimiento para compra de equipo de produccion and
jur001 procedimiento para compra de equipo de computo etc....


What can we do to fix this problem.
